Yes. Hague Convention service of process is a federal procedure and we handle requests from attorneys and clients across all US states. For co-counsel matters, we collaborate with local counsel in the relevant jurisdiction as needed. Hao Li is licensed in Florida and Minnesota.
Is there a fee for the initial inquiry?

How quickly can you start a service request?
